What are the shipping times for your products?

We process your order within 2 to 4 days, and then it takes 2 to 5 days for delivery in Belgium and 2 to 7 days for delivery within the rest of the European Union.

I still have not received my order.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 14 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. . Do you ship all over the world?

Belgium :

  • Free delivery for all orders over 100 euros.
  • Delivery charge of 7.99 euros for orders under 100 euros.

Europe:

  • Free delivery for all orders over 100 euros.
  • Delivery charge of 8.99 euros for orders under 100 euros.
  • The countries concerned are: Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark, Monaco, Austria, United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Portugal.

Outside the European Union :

  • We do not yet deliver outside the European Union
I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to email: contact@styxgym.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
