Shipping Policy

We take 2-3 business days to process your order, after which we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery in 2-5 working days in Belgium and in 2-7 working days in Europe.

Belgium :

Europe:

Free delivery for all orders over 100 euros.
Delivery costs of 16.50 euros for orders under 100 euros.
The countries concerned are: Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark, Monaco, Austria, United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Portugal.
France: free delivery for all orders over 100 euros, delivery costs of 9.80 euros for orders under 100 euros.

Outside the European Union :

We do not yet deliver outside the European Union (except for Switzerland - delivery possible for 37 CHF).
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as local customs and carrier wait times, which are beyond our control. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated time frame and will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Swiss customers as well as those outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees for international purchases.
